Serena Kerr is the Appraisal Coordinator at Worth Valuations. Her main responsibility is to manage the administrative functions at Worth, which includes coordinating various logistical tasks for the production and leadership teams.

Prior to joining Worth, Ms. Kerr worked for 24 years at ACCO Engineered Systems, which is one of California’s largest mechanical contractors. ACCO Engineered Systems is a Pasadena-based company that underwent significant growth during her employment. The company worked on engineering projects for many of Los Angeles’s most iconic building structures such as the Staples Center, Wilshire Grad Center, Dodger Stadium, and Getty Center. Ms. Kerr worked as their Corporate Claims Manager reporting to the Director of Risk and regularly worked with corporate/executive management.

With her corporate experience, Ms. Kerr brings professionalism, strong communication skills and exceptional time-management skills to her new role. She brings a strong work ethic, desire to learn, and a willingness to help the team on a daily basis.

Outside of work, Serena and her husband are co-partners at FitSport Kinetics, a gym and athletic training center in Pasadena, where she spends a lot of her free time. She also enjoys watching sports, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family (including her Frenchie, Kobe.)
