Richard Hu is an Appraiser Trainee at Worth Valuations, focusing on multifamily property appraisal across the Los Angeles market. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University.

Before joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Hu worked as a reviewer on Deloitte Taiwan's Valuation team, reviewing commercial real estate appraisals across office and hotel asset types. During his time at UW, he interned at a real estate investment and development firm, where he supported the team with financial modeling and sourcing distressed assets across California and Washington State.

He is currently pursuing his trainee license and continues to build his expertise in the appraisal field. While at school, he was actively involved with the Appraisal Institute and aims to build his career in real estate valuation. He is committed to accuracy and efficiency throughout the appraisal process, and brings a unique perspective that adds value to every assignment as he grows in his role.
