Maximiliano ("Max") Charcas is a Valuation Associate at Worth Valuations, where he supports the team in delivering precise and insightful commercial real estate appraisals. Mr. Charcas was born and raised in Los Angeles and recently graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Data Science.

Before joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Charcas gained hands-on experience in both commercial banking and real estate. At American Business Bank, he served as a Credit Trainee, analyzing financial statements, preparing credit reports, and collaborating with loan officers to assess credit risk. During his time as a Summer Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Rosano Capital Partners, he created financial models, facilitated capital advisory initiatives, and supported multifamily transactions. He also interned at Silverline Construction, where he contributed to financial reporting and the invoice process for subcontractors.

Mr. Charcas brings a diverse skill set in finance, analytics, and market research to the team. Detail-oriented and committed to excellence, he strives to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the appraisal process. His combined experience in banking and real estate equips him with a unique perspective that adds value to every assignment.
