Joe Manssourian, MAI, is a Vice President at Worth Valuations. Mr. Manssourian is a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.

Before joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Manssourian was an Appraiser in the Valuation and Advisory Services group at CBRE, where he specialized in appraising a diverse range of properties, including small, large, and proposed apartments. Project sizes range from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties located in Southern California. Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Manssourian worked in corporate finance at the Clorox Company.

As a former financial analyst coupled with his experience at CBRE, he brings a unique perspective to the team who prides himself on his work ethic and ability to quickly adapt to new environments. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
