Javier Medina is an Associate Vice President at Worth Valuations. Mr. Medina is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with an undergraduate degree in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from The Wharton School.

Prior to joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Medina worked as a Senior Valuation Associate in the Valuation and Advisory Services group at CBRE, where he assisted in the preparation of a small, large, and proposed apartment properties. Project sizes range from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties located in Los Angeles County. Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Medina worked in real estate leasing in the greater Boston area.

As a native of New England, he brings a unique perspective to the team who prides himself on his work ethic and ability to quickly adapt to new environments. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
