Jason Beakley, ASA, MBA, leads as Vice President at Worth Valuations, bringing over a decade of expertise in commercial real estate valuation. Previously, he served as Senior Director at JLL, where he spearheaded the valuation and analysis of multifamily properties across major metropolitan markets, with a focus on the Southwest Region. His career also includes significant roles at Four Corners Valuations, Integra Realty Resources, and Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he honed his skills in delivering precise, defensible valuations for a diverse client base, including lenders, asset managers, lawyers, and developers.

Mr. Beakley specializes in complex commercial real estate valuations, with a particular emphasis on multifamily properties, mobile home parks, and self-storage facilities. His services encompass HUD-compliant reporting, expert witness testimony, rent and market studies, tax appeals, IRS audits, portfolio valuations, and market analytics.

Mr. Beakley holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a bachelor’s degree from Azusa Pacific University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers and holds an A.CRE Accelerator Certificate of Completion. His dedication to professional development extends to mentoring aspiring appraisers and implementing innovative valuation processes, such as Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Beakley is a devoted husband and father, deeply committed to his family. His passion for community service is evident in his past volunteer work as a musician and youth leader at his local church.
