Brett Walsh is a Partner and Director of Operations at Worth Valuations. He strategizes to optimize and implement business systems. Organizes procedures and projects. Assists with product development. Stays current with trends in real estate and technology. Initiates new technology adoption. Manages relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. Oversees company's communication lines, resource allocation, and support staff.

Prior to joining Worth, Mr. Walsh began his career at CBRE Valuation and Advisory Service as a Valuation Intern. He was promoted to a full time Associate position within two months, then proceeded to earn his Certified General Appraiser License in just over two years. During his career, Mr. Walsh has appraised a wide variety of multifamily assets, from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties, both existing and proposed, located throughout Southern California.

Mr. Walsh is a graduate from Northwestern University with an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Weinberg School of Arts and Sciences. He pursued his postgraduate education in Accounting & Finance from the Northwestern School of Professional Studies and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. As a former starting Division I collegiate football player and team captain, Mr. Walsh brings a unique perspective to the team. He has exceptional time-management skills, self-discipline, and strong communication skills. He is driven to have a positive impact on those around him. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, going to the beach, watching sports, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
