Adam Kerr is a Valuation Analyst Intern at Worth Valuations, where he supports the team in the valuation of commercial real estate throughout Southern California. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Mr. Kerr earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Kerr spent several years in the fitness industry, where he progressed into a management role overseeing day-to-day business operations, staff scheduling and training, client relations, business development, and operational reporting. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, problem-solving, and working efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Before beginning his role at Worth Valuations, Mr. Kerr completed coursework in Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures to build a foundation in real estate valuation and gain exposure to the appraisal profession. At Worth Valuations, he continues to develop his knowledge of market research, comparable property analysis, data collection, and appraisal methodology while assisting with the preparation of appraisal reports and supporting experienced members of the valuation team.

Mr. Kerr brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement to every assignment. He strives to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the appraisal process while continuing to expand his expertise and build a long-term career in real estate valuation. Outside of work, he enjoys boxing, strength training, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
