Aaron Robles is a Valuation Associate at Worth Valuations. A Los Angeles native, Mr. Robles brings an in-depth understanding of the city’s diverse submarkets, demographic trends, and communities. His deep local knowledge informs his work and fuels his strong interest in addressing the region’s affordable housing challenges through thoughtful real estate solutions.

Mr. Robles earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate and international business from the University of San Diego. Prior to joining Worth Valuations, he worked at JPI Companies, a multifamily developer based in Dallas, Texas, where he supported the Southern California portfolio. In that role, he focused on the land acquisitions and development process—underwriting potential multifamily sites across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Riverside counties. His work covered a variety of proposed project types including garden-style, wrap, and podium developments.

Mr. Robles now applies his development underwriting experience to his valuation work, bringing a well-rounded perspective to property analysis and market research. His intellectual curiosity, collaborative nature, and positive attitude are core attributes that shape his approach. He is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Young Leaders Group in Los Angeles and is pursuing his Certified General Appraiser licensure in California.

Outside of work, Mr. Robles enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, camping, and surfing. He also enjoys long walks and exploring nature with his Cocker Spaniel, Oliver.
