Evan Sanchez is an Associate Vice President at Worth Valuations. Mr. Sanchez is a graduate from Azusa Pacific University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Leung School of Accounting. Prior to joining Worth Valuations, Mr. Sanchez worked under George Koiso & Pedro Chin at CBRE for three years. Mr. Sanchez has provided significant assistance in the preparation of small, large, and proposed apartment properties. Project sizes ranging from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level properties (including value-add/bridge loan assignments) located in Los Angeles County.

Prior to CBRE Mr. Sanchez worked in public accounting with BDO USA, LLP. Mr. Sanchez has extensive experience in financial presentation of public and privately held corporations, with an industry focus in Real Estate and Healthcare. Notably Mr. Sanchez oversaw the planning and risk assessment for over $100 million dollars’ worth of assets (PP&E) at the time of his resignation.

As a former public accountant coupled with his experience at CBRE, Mr. Sanchez brings a unique perspective to the team. He prides himself on his work ethic, management skills, executing individual assignments, and actively contributing to the company, all while quickly adapting to new environments. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, watching sports, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
